Professional Exchange Network (PEN) was established in 1995 by local area Business Owners dedicated to the highest standards of competence, service and integrity. PEN began with just a handful of members but quickly grew to over 40 participants.

There are no conflicts of interest in PEN. Only one member per business category is allowed. Participants actually refer business to other PEN Members. It is like having a sales force of over 40 people! Word of mouth advertising is by far and away the best and most effective means to promote your business.

Our Mission Statement:
“Professional Exchange Network is an organization of business professionals who meet once a week with the objective of expanding business through qualified referrals. It is the obligation of each participant to faithfully support the organization and its members. Each individual will be qualified and responsible for the exclusive representation of their profession. All referrals shall be acted upon by each member with honesty, integrity and the utmost professionalism!”

PEN businesses are located throughout South Orange County.

Members serve Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Margarita, Irvine, San Clemente, Laguna Hills, and most other Orange County communities and beyond.
